Spinup Memory
spinup_memoryInitializes the centralized agent memory for a project — creates the memory directory, seeds project facts, and writes a starter strategy template. Use when: starting a new project, onboarding a new agent to an existing project, or resetting a project's memory baseline. Scope: local filesystem (~/.config/agentic-store/memory/). No network access. Not for: restoring a prior session (use restore_session), writing individual facts (use memory_write), or reading current state (use restore_session).
