memory_read

Reads facts from the persistent agent memory store. Use when: recalling previously stored decisions, preferences, or context at the start of a session. Scope: local filesystem (~/.config/agentic-store/memory/facts.json). No network access. Not for: searching memory (use memory_search), reading session logs (use memory_log with mode=read), or restoring a full checkpoint (use memory_restore).
