Memory Checkpoint
memory_checkpointSaves a named snapshot of current session context for cross-client or cross-session continuity. Use when: pausing work and handing off to another client, ending a session with intent to resume, or bookmarking a significant milestone. Scope: local filesystem (~/.config/agentic-store/memory/checkpoints/). No network access. Not for: storing individual facts (use memory_write), logging events (use memory_log).
