How to connect the System Process Observer MCP Tool to Claude Desktop
Monitors active OS processes and identifies infrastructure port usage (Docker, Redis, Node, etc.). This guide provides the exact configuration required to load the list_processes tool inside Claude Desktop.
Step 1: Open the configuration file
Locate and open your Claude Desktop configuration file at the following path:
